No one has contacted me.the phone is locked
Preferred solution: To be able to use the phone. I'd thought these companies could unlock it but now I'm just stuck with a phone I can't u and it looks like Its is also now n a safe mode since they have been trying to get into it

Sim card
I still have not heard from the UMIDIGI company about where I can buy a tf card simular to a Sim card. Thank you to a tech from Amazon he explained it so when I get the tf card I will let you know how it worked out. I will not buy again

Defective battery
- U get to feel nostalgic by feeling like you have a landline
- Received defective phone
- Poor customer service
Preferred solution: I need a replacement sent to me b4 I can send this back. I'll lose my job if I don't have a phone. I don't want a phone that can't charge. Makes no sense. I want them to do the right thing and grant my wish.
User's recommendation: You get what you pay for. If you pay $100 for a phone expect issues. Like not being able to charge. Cust service won't help. Why would they? They already have ur money. Buy Samsung or apple. You will thank me later. The pic is a screenshot after being charged for 12hrs str8 to keep it from dying and it's still at 1%. Boo.

Problem Umidigi Power First Generation

I have had a first generation Umidigi Power phone for about two years Build number UMIDIGI_Power_V1.5_2019****
with current ROM UMIDIGI_Power_V1.5_2019****_V1.5_20190***-*656
The problem is that this phone freezes periodically and I have to restart every time. In your site I looked for a Rom to upgrade another ROM but unfortunately I saw that they are no longer available. Do you have the possibility to send me a link where I can download a different ROM in order to upgrade or even downgrade a more stable system?
Unfortunately this period I don't have much money to change another phone, and in any case this phone is great if the android operating system is stable.
